Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

COVID-19 Updates
Due to the current restricted movements and in various countries and areas, please expect a delay in receiving your order. However, rest assured that we are trying our best to process and ship out your order as soon as possible to minimize the duration of the delay. We thank you for your kind patience and understanding during this period.

Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Do note that order processing will not be available on weekends and/or holidays and cancellations are not available once orders have been processed. For more information on our cancellation policy, kindly view our FAQs.

Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, contact us at info@inaperfectworld.co with the email subject: Shipping & Delivery Issue - Your Order Number, and we will look into the matter. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Kindly note that all prices, charges and fees reflected on the website are in Singapore Dollars. 

Please note that shipping costs includes handling and service fees. 

Standard Domestic shipping rate: $5.00 SGD (3-7 business days) 
Standard International shipping rate: $20.00 SGD (14-21 business days depending on your country) 
Express International shipping rate: $30.00 SGD (5-10 business days)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

All orders are sent by registered mail and may require a signature.

Taxes & Duties
Depending on the location of your shipment, additional customs and duty fees may apply. You, the purchaser, will be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to. We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We kindly advise that you familiarize yourself with any import duties, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package. 

Returned Orders To I. A. P. W. Due
To Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Addresses

Please be advised that we will only be able to redeliver an order once, with no charge.

In the event that the package is unclaimed/undelivered & returned back to us for the second time, you will be charged with the shipping fee if you want it reshipped to you. Alternatively, we will refund your order amount less shipping charges. All refunds will only be made in the form of store credit. For more information on refunds, kindly view our Refund Policy.

For undelivered parcels to incorrect addresses, we will not be redelivering your order if address is the same as you originally provided. You will need to provide us with the amended address for us to proceed with the delivery. We thank you for your kind understanding.
