Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns of, or refunds on jewellery, unless it is damaged or incorrectly sent. All sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event of undelivered or lost parcels, refunds will only be made in the form of store credit. Store credit is solely applicable for online purchases at inaperfectworld.co and is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
To be eligible for an exchange, your purchased item must be unused and returned in its original condition. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. The cost of returning any product to I. A. P. W. is your responsibility, hence shipping costs are nonrefundable.
