Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We offer standard international shipping for SGD20 and free international shipping for all orders over SGD80. We also offer express international shipping for SGD30 and free express international shipping for all orders over SGD180.

Why didn’t I get a confirmation email with my tracking number?
If your order is successful, you should get an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam mail in case it was misplaced there. If you still can't find it, send us an email at info@inaperfectworld.co

My package seems to be experiencing a delay, what should I do?
Not to worry! Customs may sometimes hold a package to clarify shipping details with the courier service. Note: depending on your location, additional customs and duty fees may be charged to the customer.

What should I do if the item I want is out of stock?
You can drop us an email at info@inaperfectworld.co and we will try our best to let you know if we have any stock left in our studio or if it will be restocked soon.

Am I able to cancel my order?
We have a strict no cancellation policy as your order will be processed once it has been received. Your order will be packed within 24 hours and dispatched within 2-5 business days. We work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

However if you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist you. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and therefore I. A. P.
